  • How and when do I pay for my stay?

    When booking, give your credit card number to guarantee the reservation, which will then be immediately confirmed. The hotel does not charge anything for advance credit card payments. Clients who want to cancel, must give 48 hrs notice otherwise there will be a penalty charge of the first nights occupancy charged to the card given as guarantee for the reservation.

     

  • Can I bring my pet?

    We are unable to accept your pet as a guest. Although we are keen animal lovers and have no doubt that it is well-educated, we cannot anticipate the tastes of all our guests and prefer to avoid any possible conflict.

  • How do I get to the hotel?

    The AVE high speed train between Madrid and Barcelona stops at the “CAMP TARRAGONA” station, 8 km north of Tarragona. It has little public transport to Tarragona, and the choices are a taxi and a bus that takes you from Tarragona to Altafulla, stop in town and you need to walk in the direction of the waterfront where you will easily find the hotel Yola.

    By plane. If you arrive at Barcelona international airport, which is about 99 km from Altafulla, trains from the airport run regularly to Sants, the main line station in Barcelona, a train direct from Sants will deliver you directly to Altafulla / Tamarit. The journey is approximately one hour long and has a fare of 7€. From Reus airport, about 20 km away and being the closest, this is where companies operate charter and low cost flights. Your journey to Altafulla can then be done by Bus, Taxi or you can hire a car.

    In any case, we advise to reach Altafulla from Tarragon, since we are located 8 km North towards Barcelona and you can reach by bus train or taxi.

    If you want a private transfer, ask for it when you make you reservation and we will arrange it for you.

  • Can I have lunch or dinner with the half pension contract?

    Of course you can. If you have booked the half pension, your plan includes breakfast and a meal service, either lunch or dinner, you decide, you need not inform the front desk. If one day you cannot have your meal, see the possibilities we offer.

  • Can I stay in the hotel after check out time?

    If you’ve stayed at the hotel, you have 2 options. Checkout times are until 11:00am. You may leave your luggage in a private area and come pick it up when you decide to leave, you may also have the facility to change and freshen up. You can eat at the hotel or stay quietly in our garden until your departure time.

    If you decide to enjoy your room a little longer, ask if there is availability and for a small fee you can benefit from the “late check out“ or departure at 16:00 h.

  • Which services for infants are there?

    All our rooms have enough space to install a crib, you can bring your own or request the crib availability when making your room reservation.

    You can also store any baby food in our fridge. You may request porridge from our kitchen. The ingredients we use are part of the healthy Mediterranean gastronomy.

  • Is there room service?

    We do not have this service, but just ask at reception and we will be happy to help you.

  • Is there any type of healthcare near the hotel?

    The nearest town Torredembarra only 4 km away, there is a primary care center, which is open 24 hours and can help you locate any medical specialist you need during your stay. Or Tarragona hospitals that are only 10km away.
